Indian journalist Chandresh Narayan says that the Indian team cannot come to Pakistan without the permission of the government.
Speaking in ARY News’ program ‘Sports Room’, Indian journalist Chandresh Narayan said that whenever there is cricket between Pakistan and India, there are talks between the governments, when the Indian team came to Pakistan in 2004. The series was played with the consent of the President of both the countries, after which two to three series were played.
He said that the team cannot come to Pakistan unless the government wants it.
Chandrashan Narine said that every time there is a spectacle before an ICC tournament, is this spectacle to show us, decisions are made in closed rooms beforehand and we find out later.
He said that awards are made in the ICC board meeting, then there are no talks with the government.
In response to a question, Chandresh Narayan said that the fans want Pakistan-India cricket to be played and they can enjoy it.
According to the report of the cricket website, the BCCI has informed the ICC that the Indian team will not go to Pakistan to participate in the Champions Trophy 2025.
It should be noted that the ICC Champions Trophy is scheduled in Pakistan from February 19 to March 9 next year in which 8 teams are to participate.
While talking to ARY News yesterday, Indian journalist Vikrant Gupta said that if it was the PCB’s place for refusing to send the Indian team to Pakistan, I would have said the same thing that they should not host the Champions Trophy.
Vikrant Gupta had said that India has made one agreement and Pakistan has made 2 agreements.
He said that the Indian government made the security of its top players a reason. India said that there is a security issue. If Pakistan does not hold the Champions Trophy, what will be the reason? Pakistan cannot say that India has refused to come.
